Scott Koegler is Editor in Chief of His background includes 15 years experience as CIO for mid-sized companies, and nearly 20 years writing about technology for a wide range of computer industry publications. Scott founded the, and continues to guide the publication as a vehicle for delivering insight and direction to those involved in managing supply chain, EDI and the processes around the technology.
Beth Bacheldor has more than 20 years' experience as a writer and editor, much of that as a business journalist covering the high-tech industry. Through the years, she's interviewed CEOs and followed the business strategies of major high-tech companies, talked with hundreds of CIOs and IT executives, and researched and written about numerous hardware and software systems.

Her career in IT journalism started at a small publishing company where she learned the basics of computing, managed two newsletters, and authored a 130-page book, 1990 Survey of Ten Top U.S. Vendor OSI Strategies, that detailed and analyzed the business strategies of vendors building systems based on open, international standards. She then spent several years working at local newspapers, covering everything from crime to education.

Her career continued at CMP Media, where she started at CommunicationsWeek covering telecommunications and networking. Ms. Bacheldor then moved to InformationWeek, where she spent nine years covering nearly every business technology, including information security, systems management, storage, business intelligence, e-commerce, data warehousing, and enterprise applications such as enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and supply chain management. During her career at InformationWeek, she authored dozens of cover stories, and in 1999, was the recipient of an Award of Excellence for Best Technology Feature, as part of CMP Media's annual Excellence in Editorial Awards.

During her busy career at InformationWeek, Ms. Bacheldor co-founded two girls and a boy LLC, a children’s clothing and toy boutique in the historic town of Occoquan, Va. Two years later, she and her business partner added an online branch of the shop.

More recently, Ms. Bacheldor spent two years as a senior editor for RFID Journal and still works as a freelance editor for the online site that focuses exclusively on RFID. Today, Ms. Bacheldor works as a freelance writer and editor for numerous clients across the country. She is a regular contributor to media outlets such as and Network Computing, and also does writing, editing and Web 2.0 projects for a variety of businesses including consulting firms, public relations and marketing firms, accounting firms, and more. She lives in Wilmington, N.C. with her two children.

Cameron Laird is a long-time developer and manager who has published several hundred articles and book chapters on computing and business topics. He tackled his first EDI project in the mid '80s. His concentration in recent years has been workflow automation in government agencies and factories. Cecil T. Wulfe is an EDI industry fixture. Cecil has been working with EDI for nearly 20 years, and for the last 10 years, has been consulting and advising enterprises on how to best make use of EDI and the information contained in the various transactions. Cecil travels the US (usually by car), visiting his clients and sampling the local culinary treats along the way. He is an advocate for his clients, and is never shy about pointing out things that are wrong, either with an implementation, or with a trading partner's ideas of how an implementataion should be handled.

Jeff Toeppner is the Director, eBusiness Solutions for Coca-Cola Customer Business Solutions. He leads a Coca-Cola team of experts in B2B transactions, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and using eCommerce data for win/win opportunities with customers. He has led initiatives enabling Consolidated Invoicing, Internet Ordering, Cashless Vending, Data Visibility, Transaction Monitoring, and has built significant customer relationships for the Coca-Cola System. He is a passionate advocate for innovation and creation of solutions to business problems. He has had several years experience as the electronic commerce director for a food supplier to the U.S. Department of Defense. In this company, he was involved in all areas of the business: buying, selling, finance and marketing.
Marlow Atticus advises EDI users on the most efficient and practical ways to use EDI. He is an ardent proponent of following X.12 standards, and making the very best decisions when it comes to handling EDI data. Marlow is involved daily with nearly 200 retailers and hundreds of supplier organizations. This involvement gives Marlow a great insight into what can go wrong, but more importantly, what can (and should) go right, and how to get it right.
Michael Kotoyan is an EDI professional with over 14 years of experience. His roles have included managing an EDI department for a national retail chain, coding EDI translators from scratch, and saving organizations hundreds of thousands of dollars via EDI Automation. He has a passion for EDI and B2B Integration and his motto is “If there is a B2B transaction out there is no reason it cannot be fully automated integrated via EDI even if it is something simple as paying utility or small freight invoices.” Michael is currently a member of the ANSI X12 Supply Chain Committee and holds a full time role as the Director of Software Development at Anvita Health Inc and also teaches EDI classes part time.
Michael Martz retired in 2010 from his position as Director, eBusiness Operations at Grainger, an $8.1B industrial distributor based in Lake Forest, Illinois. He was with Grainger for 36 years and held various management positions in field operations, IT, EDI, and eCommerce.

Mike’s experience with electronic commerce began in 1989, when he led a team that developed the distribution industry’s first set of search tools for product information. He moved into leadership of the EDI team in 1995 and was named Director, eBusiness Operations in 2005. His team developed and provided support for all of Grainger's electronic connections for business transactions to suppliers, customers, financial entities, benefits providers, and other business partners.

Scott Bolduc is the Director of Supply Chain Strategy with SPS Commerce. In this position Scott works with Retailers, Suppliers, Distributors, Carriers and 3rd Party Logistic Companies with strategizing on next steps in the evolution of their supply chain. Scott has been with SPS for 11 years. He comes with over 25 years of experience in EDI and Supply Chain. In those years he has created, implemented and managed the EDI programs for Our Own Hardware (now part of Do It Best), Fingerhut and Nash Finch. Tony has worked at a VAN as a Senior Solutions Engineer where he was primarily responsible for systems maintenance, product delivery, pre-sales consulting, and developing training programs for the EDI integration managed services team.
With his experience spanning the managed service provider, VAN, and manufacturing sectors, Tony is able to bring a holistic approach to the EDI/E-Commerce process from implementation to day to day operations.

Tony graduated from the University of West Georgia with a B.A. in psychology, and also holds an MBA from the Ken Blanchard School of Business at Grand Canyon University. At the end of his MBA program he graduated with honors and was subsequently inducted as a lifetime member of the international honor society Delta Mu Delta.
Cyndee is a Multi Faceted Project Leader specializing in B2B and Operational Excellence roles. Through her several years in the B2B industry, she has developed core knowledge in collaborating and executing B2B solutions utilizing XML variables (C, OAG,CBL), EDI, OCI, OBI and flat file code. Her audience base consists of highly complex clients in the government and corporate sectors.

She has several years of experience in leadership roles responsible for organization operations. When Cyndee is not sharing her passion of the B2B and operational excellence space, she spends her free time running, hiking and biking.
